At Marco's Polos, we’re committed to you, our customers. We generally are unable to process returns, except in limited circumstances or as part of special promotions. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to help you find a solution.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any unused item. You will need to contact Marco’s Polos Club within 3 days of receipt for a refund less return any shipping costs (MPC can provide a prepaid label upon request). Discounted items can be returned for an exchange of equal or greater value, or you may receive a store credit (less any shipping costs) within 3 days of receipt.
All items must be unused, unworn, and fragrance free. MPC reserves the right to refuse any return that is not in new condition.
NOTE: All custom made-to-order and discounted sale items are final sales and not eligible for return.
